PLAYING GUIDE
Read the road before spending boost
The race lasts 3.6 km and ends after 120 seconds if you have not finished. A top-three finish earns a podium. Start with Auto throttle on so your attention can stay on steering and braking. Look farther along the road when a bend approaches; correcting only after reaching its outside edge leaves less room to recover.
Turn drafting into a clean pass
Following a moving rival closely charges boost. Use that time to plan which side of the road will be clear. Pull out before spending the charge. Boosting directly into the car ahead wastes the momentum you just earned. Parked cars and driving off the road do not provide drafting charge.
Recover after contact
A collision costs momentum and position, but three contacts do not automatically end the race. Settle the car back onto the road and rebuild speed. Do not add a second rushed steering correction while still recovering from the first. Braking before a bend is often cheaper than running wide through it.
Give a replay one purpose
Try one race with the aim of reaching the finish without leaving the road, then another focused on one clean drafted overtake. Compare the final position and score on this device. Restarting begins a fresh race; the saved best result is a local record, not an online leaderboard.
