Request data used to deliver the site
The web server receives ordinary request information such as the requested URL, IP address, browser information and request time. Server access and error logs support delivery, troubleshooting and security. This release does not send game progress to a Playfield account database.
Progress stored in your browser
The daily games use local storage for board marks, elapsed time, hints and completion history. Some arcade rounds use session storage to resume within a tab; score-based games can save a best result locally. Sound, save and display preferences may also be stored. These values are device-specific and are not a shared online leaderboard.
Your controls
Use the save toggle beside an arcade game to control its saving, and the sound controls to enable or disable audio. You can clear this site’s stored data in your browser settings. Clearing data can remove progress and records. Some features continue without storage, but progress may be lost when the page closes.
Puzzle tools
Workshop, strategy and Decision Lab study progress is stored locally in separate browser namespaces; reset a study to clear its position. Decision Lab predictions are not saved or sent. Arcade Playbook checkpoint choices and its three experiment tools run in the page without saving or submitting inputs. Line Lab calculations and printable pack choices are processed in the page. Editing a Line Lab cell does not send that edit to the server. Lesson preset links include their starting clues and marks in the URL; opening a link sends that URL with the ordinary page request and it may appear in server logs. These are not submitted as an email, analytics event or form response. Printing and Save as PDF are handled by your browser and chosen printer or file destination.
Advertising and analytics in this release
This release includes AdSense ownership-verification metadata and the publisher’s ads.txt declaration. It does not load an advertising script, display ad units, or run a third-party analytics tracker. External provider game embeds have been removed. If advertising is introduced, this notice and the necessary privacy choices must be updated before it is enabled.
When you email us, your message and sender address are handled by your email provider and the receiving mailbox. Include only the information needed to explain your request. Do not send passwords, payment information or identity documents.
Children and external links
The site does not ask for a date of birth, offer public chat, or collect account registrations. A parent or guardian should send contact requests on behalf of a child. External links, such as policy documentation, have their own privacy practices. Browser storage and server request data still apply to visits.
